Dear Prospective Tenant,

 

Please have all adults (18 years and over) fill out the 2 page application form and sign and date. Don’t forget to include your phone number where we could reach you. Please also include a readable/clear copy of ID for our records.

 

Send a non-refundable check for credit/rental history (Tenant Screening) report payable to:  Unicorn Properties.

The company charges us $55.00 per adult (18 years and over)cash or check or money order if you want to use a credit card there is a convenience fee of $2.50 for running the application.  We do not make any money on this report.  If you have a copy of a recent rental history report (Tenant screening) we can accept it, and if we run your report and are not selected as our tenant and you would like a copy of your report, we can provide you with one when you provide us with your email.
